“Icing On The Cake” In Bacup, Lancashire Re-Launch Website

ROCHDALE, U.K. - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Owner Christine Dyason wanted a responsive website where customers could also pay for deposits on cakes and buy various cake making equipment and Sugracraft. This would complement the cake shop – opened in March last year.

Christine - a member of the British Sugar-Craft Guild - said “Having my own cake making business and then being able to open the cake shop were both dreams come true for me. We now feel that – for customers not always able to pop into the shop to pay a deposit or pick up some cake making equipment or cake decorations – the revamped WordPress website will be a big help. Customers can pay their deposit on the site now and the ability to buy some products is coming real soon. We are so busy with hand-made cake orders that I haven’t quite got round to listing products we’ll be selling on the website but we didn’t want to hold up the re-launch of the site so now that it is “Live” I shall be doing that asap!
In addition we have been able to showcase the shop, the variety of different novelty, celebration and Wedding cakes we can make and share up to date news for our customers via the easy-to-use blog. It’s a real bonus not having to rely on the web designer to update various parts of the site and puts us more in control”.
