Self service HR - Accsys delivers on the required technology

Schroenn highlights the value of the company’s PeopleWare MOBI as an example of how mobility has helped to advance ESS specifically and HR in general.

The PeopleWare MOBI app can be used from any location globally to authorise leave requests, sign-off overtime payments and approve training, amongst other functions.

Key features include being able to view payslips for the current tax year, view complete leave history, apply for leave and use GPS technology to clock into areas/ sites where traditional solutions are not practical.

“It is now possible to authorise any ESS request from a smart mobile device,” Schroenn adds.

The development of ESS has changed the face of HR and empowered both employers and employees on a new level.
