DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - Sept. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- I am honored every time a realtor calls me.  It gives me a chance to serve the people and protect the clients.  That’s my calling.  Like you know, I recommend my realtors suggest 2 or 3 inspectors to their clients instead of 1.  By doing this, it reduces the chances that someone that may later sue an inspector would ever think the realtor was also working a deal with the inspector on the side (reduced realtor liability).

  My company is a multi-inspector firm.
  All my inspectors are Certified professional inspectors (not all inspectors in     Georgia are).
  We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau (such an honor and great responsibility to our community).
  I do more than 50 hours a year of continuing education (only 18 hours required).
  We are not always the cheapest, but we are the best (trust me, I know my competition).
  Our product is the report and ourselves (we work really hard to prevent grammatical errors and weird language).
  The report includes pictures, diagrams, and narrative style statements.  A picture is worth several words.
  Included value such as a 90 day home warranty, guarantee, home maintenance book (good for first time home buyers, shows homeowners they have responsibilities for ownership) and recall check of appliances are a part of most inspections for no additional charge.

·         4 point investors' inspection, aka Insurance inspection (abbreviated inspection, for investors doing 3 or more per month)
·         Pre-listing sellers inspection (comes with yard sign and huge help marketing, big discounts for realtors doing all listings at once, great way to justify asking price and build trusting relations between buyer and seller right from the beginning)
·         11th month new home warranty inspection (before the builder's warranty expires)
·         Landlord security deposit inspection (for neutral accountability of security deposits)

We can test for Mold, Radon, Lead, Meth, pools, wells,  water quality, air quality, ect.  These are ancillary services.

We have exclusive relationships with a pest company (termite letters at cost), pool company, septic company, etc.  We understand our market and industry.  We know our place in the transaction.  Our inspections do not address cosmetic issues so no nit picking.  We sincerely believe integrity solves all in business (it's not a word to just throw around all willy nilly).  Our mission is to protect the client.  We do not have customers, we have clients.  Customers just buy a product, but clients build relationships and get attention beyond the sale.  We are a debt free veteran owned company that tithes.
