Helen Geib of QDiscovery to Speak at Two Events for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum

 
Sept. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- New London, Conn. – QDiscovery LLC, a premier provider of electronic discovery and forensic technology services, today announced that its general counsel Helen Geib will lead two eDiscovery-focused sessions for the Indiana Continuing Legal Educational Forum (http://iclef.org/) (ICLEF) in October.

ICLEF, a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1964 and focused on providing quality continuing legal education, offers live and in-person seminars as well as on-demand CLE-eligible programs. It is dedicated to providing attorneys with relevant and timely continuing legal education.

Geib’s first presentation, “Developments in Electronic Discovery,” is scheduled for October 15 at 9:45 a.m. EDT as part of the daylong Federal Civil Practice ICLEF Program. Geib will partner with Raymond J. Biederman (http://www.btlaw.com/raymond-j-biederman/), Associate for Barnes & Thornburg, to discuss the latest eDiscovery news and how it impacts practice from both an attorney and eDiscovery provider point of view. The seminar will be held at the ICLEF offices in downtown Indianapolis.

On October 31, Geib will facilitate a round-table discussion on developing a strategic, proactive approach to cybersecurity and data security for corporations. This presentation is part of the ICLEF two-day Advanced Corporate Counsel (https://iclef.inreachce.com/Details?resultsPage=1&sor...) seminar, scheduled for Oct. 30-31 in West Baden Springs, Indiana. This “Master Series” program will be moderated by Sean Georges, Senior VP and In-House Counsel for Shoe Carnival, Inc.
