HP Partners with Gravic, Inc. to Deliver Shadowbase Advanced Replication Solutions for HP Customers

MALVERN, Pa. - Sept. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- HP^® and Gravic, Inc.^® entered into a strategic partnership with the signing of a Commercial Agreement to offer Gravic Shadowbase advanced data replication and data integration software solutions to HP customers, some of the world’s largest enterprises. The HP Shadowbase product for HP NonStop servers is now Generally Available (GA) directly from HP. Customers include major banks, financial and brokerage firms, insurance companies, stock exchanges, electric utilities, healthcare, and telecommunications companies.

By providing a single point of purchase and support for these advanced replication solutions, HP and Gravic are improving the overall customer experience. Gravic customers will benefit from the global reach, industry expertise, and 24x7 support available from HP. Product solutions will be sold by HP under the name, HP Shadowbase.

HP Shadowbase solutions will extend localized HP NonStop server fault-tolerance to the geographic fault-tolerance required by mission-critical enterprise customers. ·         support for zero downtime migrations or upgrades,

·         direct TCP/IP support, with no dependency on NonStop Expand, for active/passive or active/active architectures,

·         data utilities for database loading, audit compliance, data comparison, and repair of data corruption.
