Brings video to the commercial marketplace.  Customizable website for commercial properties for sale or for lease, including multi-unit complexes.

All three websites allow agents or property managers to use smart phones or tablets to create a narrated video tour of a property, upload the video and photos, and allow buyers or renters to view video tours online – for free.

Buyers or renters can view multiple properties online, select which properties they would like to see in person, and directly contact an agent for an on-site visit, saving all parties valuable time, and leading to quicker sales.

Users can search for properties anywhere in the USA.  All three websites display property attributes, photos, full-screen Google maps, full-screen Google Street Views, and allow buyers to walk though the property when a video tour is present.
