I keep telling people everyone should do App Store Optimization (ASO). I meet resistance several times.

Devs telling me that ASO is for bad apps. Telling me ASO is black hat. Some say it just doesn’t work anymore, or we should only rely on paid acquisition. Each one of these could have their own post explaining why they’re wrong. The nice people at Startapp, Boaz and Cassidy, called me to talk about how ASO could benefit their clients.
