TAMPA, Fla. - Sept. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Tampa, Fla. (September 24, 2014) – Jeremy Kral, Principal of LandQwest Commercial’s Tampa office, represented the tenant, You Fit, LLC, in the lease of 22,000 square feet of retail space at Oak Tree Plaza, 6157 9^th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The Way Church of Bradenton leased 2,763 square feet of retail space at Cortez Village Square, 6620 Cortez Road West in Bradenton, Florida. Tom Strauss and Matt Yaniglos, CRX, CDP, CLS, negotiated this transaction for the landlord.

SaltyBrands, LLC also joins Cortez Village Square, leasing 1,154 square feet of retail space. Strauss and Yaniglos represented the landlord in this transaction.

Jimmy John’s leased 1,700 square feet of retail space at Northwoods Center, 1321 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Jonathan Myers, Tom Strauss and Matt Yaniglos, CRX, CDP, CLS, negotiated this transaction for the landlord.

Jonathan Myers represented the landlord in the lease of 1,550 square feet of retail space at 5191 Clark Road in Sarasota, Florida to Mahi Bull Grill, LLC.

Myers also represented Sports Clips in the lease of 1,360 square feet of retail space at Royal Palms on 4^th, 5000 4^th Street N in St. Petersburg, Florida.
