Other considerations included the accessibility of the new office to future and existing clients, and also the selection of team members to handle moving responsibilities.

Complexity notwithstanding, John knows the benefits of this move far outweigh the costs. “We are moving because we are growing, and that growth is a positive. The office move also provides an opportunity for easily overlooked duties, like clearing out old files, upgrading outdated equipment, and revisiting supplier and vendor contracts.
