Consulting® Magazine Survey Ranks McGladrey to Best Firms to Work For List

CHICAGO - Sept. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- McGladrey LLP, the nation's leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market, was recently ranked by Consulting® magazine as one of the publication's Best Firms to Work For in 2014. This was the first year McGladrey made the list.

Consulting® magazine's Best Firms to Work For rankings are based on survey responses in six categories – each measuring a different aspect of employee satisfaction. Categories include client engagement, firm culture, firm leadership, career development, work/life balance, and compensation and benefits.

The Best Firms to Work For rankings are based on an online survey conducted by Consulting magazine in the spring and summer of 2014. More than 10,000 consultants participated, representing more than 350 firms. The consultants operate in every service line, across at least 35 different project/practice areas, and serve clients across all major industries. About three-quarters of the respondents came from the United States. Consultants at every staff level participated.
