Attorney Christopher O’Connell Joins Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest’s Fort Myers Office

O’Connell focuses his practice on the representation of condominiums and homeowners associations. He has an extensive background in providing advice and counsel to boards of directors and professional managers handling issues surrounding corporate governance, vendor contracts, the enforcement of association covenants, collections and the interpretation of Florida statutes.

O’Connell received his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and is a member of the Collier County Bar Association; the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar Association; and the Community Association Institute.
