Developers and Guy Peterson | Office for Architecture Begin Redesign of AQUA

SARASOTA, Fla. - Sept. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Developers Jonathan McCague and Michael Adams announced today that they have begun working with Guy Peterson | Office for Architecture on a redesign of AQUA, with the Parker Walter Group as the architect of record. Building activity for the original project was discontinued in late June due to unforeseen technical issues regarding property setbacks. The new building design has completely resolved these issues and will maintain its iconic modern design.

The new building will have the same number of residences (eight) and the world-class amenities, including a private two-car garage, an individual boat slip, full-time concierge, fitness and yoga studio and state-of-the-art security will remain unchanged.
