Adams, Andrews, Tedesco, Van Sciver Top Superstar Creators To Attend Wizard World Austin Comic Con

AUSTIN, Texas - Sept. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Eisner Award Hall of Famer Neal Adams (“Batman,” “Green Lantern”), Kaare Andrews (“Astonishing X-Men,” “Iron Man”), Julian Totino Tedesco (“X-Treme X-Men,” “Venom”) and Ethan Van Sciver (“Green Lantern,” “Flash”) headline the roster of more than 50 top comics artists and writers scheduled to attend Wizard World Austin Comic Con, Thursday through Saturday, October 2-4 at the Austin Convention Center. The 13^th of 16 events in the 2014 series produced by Wizard World, Inc., (OTCBB: WIZD), the event will also feature dozens of well-known celebrities and a variety of activities, exhibitors and special attractions.

Other superstar comics creators scheduled to attend include Ramon F. Bachs (“Infinity: Heist,” “Red Robin”), Rob Prior (“Heavy Metal,” “Spawn the Impaler”), Pere Perez (“Birds of Prey,” “Marvel Adventures Spider-Man”), Kevin Maguire (“Justice League,” “Batman Confidential”), Greg Horn (“Walt Disney,” “Guardians of the Galaxy”), Michael Golden (“Spider-Man,” “Hulk”), Arthur Suydam (“Marvel Zombies,” “Army of Darkness”) and many others.

VIP attendees will receive a copy of Captain America #25, with limited-edition exclusive variant cover by Totino Tedesco. VIPs also can claim a selection of exclusive prints from various top artists as part of their admission.

Wizard World Austin Comic Con show hours are Thursday, October 2, 4-9 p.m.; Friday, October 3, 2-9 p.m.; and Saturday, October 4, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
