GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Sept. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Welcoming the autumn season, Park Hyatt Seoul’s main restaurant Cornerstone, highly recognized and widely popular for its top-quality menus and various selections of weekend brunch, presents specially themed brunch – Hanwoo, Korean beef – for autumn season. While appetizers, fresh seafood and homemade desserts are displayed on the open kitchen buffet table, a variety of small delights will be served hot to each table. The highlight of this themed brunch is the main menu made of Korean beef from Hoeng-seong; well-known for its rich flavour and great marbling. The menus will be offered with different parts of the beef cooked in three different styles, which allures guests to re-visit Cornerstone every weekend and enjoy diversified menus made of Korean beef.

Appetizers, freshly cooked with the highest grade of Korean beef such as steak tartar, rib terrine, Carpaccio with sliced beef and roasted beef focaccia, will be prepared buffet-style in the open kitchen. The main dish, the Korean Beef Tasting Platter, will offer roasted, grilled and braised Korean beefs on one plate. In addition, oven-fried Korean chicken, New Zealand lamb rack, pan-fried salmon and oven-roasted lobser will also be available for the main course, as well as spaghetti with tomato sauce and a Korean beef patty for children. Signature mini dishes such as deep fried egg, broccoli soup, penne alla bolognese with Korean beef ragout and foie gras terrine will be served hot to each table one-by-one as small delights while guests enjoy the appetizers and the main menu. Seasonal seafood such as king crab, sushi and sashimi at the seafood section is amazingly fresh and stimulates appetite. A wide selection of desserts including homemade ice-creams, seasonal fruit, tarts, chocolates, cakes, waffles and crepes - along with a glass of champagne and a cup of coffee or tea - will bring exuberant happiness for a complete brunch.

The brunch is priced at KRW 105,000 for adults including tax, and KRW 55,000 for children aged 7 to 12. No service charge applies.
