Elizabeth English Joins Denver Office of Snell & Wilmer

DENVER - Sept. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Elizabeth English has joined the corporate and securities group as an associate in the Denver office.

Elizabeth focuses her practice on general corporate matters and business tax law, frequently working with emerging growth companies. She advises on business formations and regularly negotiates and drafts contracts, partnership and related agreements. With an LL.M. in tax, Elizabeth also assists clients in navigating the tax dimensions of business practices and operations.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Elizabeth was a corporate associate at Faegre Baker Daniels. She also worked in house at Intrepid Potash, Inc., specializing in tax matters, and as a tax associate at Ernst & Young. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Elizabeth earned her J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In addition, she participates in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law Professional Mentorship Program.
