Yorkshire Gas Engineers in Demand

WAKEFIELD, U.K. - Sept. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- The unprecedented growth of the smart meter installation and maintenance company, Trojan Utilities, brings a recruitment drive  to Yorkshire as it looks for talented gas engineers.

In just eight weeks the company is looking to recruit up to 16 full-time, fully qualified gas engineers to form part of its Yorkshire domestic field operations team as it fulfils government plans to replace old metering systems with smart metering.

Trojan Utilities specialises in the installation and maintenance of domestic Smart Meters throughout the UK. With an infrastructure now established for national operations the company is supporting Government legislation to lower the carbon footprint of the UK by replacing the metering system currently in place with that of smart metering – to date they are currently installing 1,600 smart meters per week.
