GALVESTON, Texas - Sept. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Jerry LeBlanc is the Founder and President of Galveston Bay Investors as well as Binnacle Development & Construction.  All of these are in the category of property development, management, and real estate consulting companies.
Previously, Jerry LeBlanc served as a VP of Construction & Sales for W.M. Jones Construction Inc. Before that experience, Jerry worked as a stockbroker for Dean Witter on Wall Street, and later as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) for A.G. Edwards.  He later started his own investment firm where he provided conservative advice that hardworking individuals can trust.  By 2007, Jerry LeBlanc sold his investment firm to pursue a dream of going into real estate development as well as consulting in the Galveston area.
Jerry LeBlanc is the founder and president of Galveston Bay Investors and Binnacle Development and construction.  Mr. LeBlanc is involved in property development of multihousing units for rental properties; management, and real estate consulting.
Jerry LeBlanc is currently in construction and development of multifamily dwellings for clients in both the private and public sectors.  His competitive expertise has been established with decades of experience, multifamily markets, such as market rate apartment, studio housing, privatized military housing, and resorts. Mr. LeBlanc also buys vacant lots and later sells them to home builders.  He is better than the competition because he takes ownership of what he builds.  Jerry LeBlanc believes in saving people money.  His focus is always controlling risk for you, while delivering multifamily projects in a professional, team-oriented, and timely manner.  Mr. LeBlanc makes sure that he addresses all of your concerns.  He understands that the utmost concerns of his clients are quality of work and schedule.  Jerry works towards not just meeting your needs, but also your future tenants or owners.  His main focus is to control risk for you.  Jerry LeBlanc has built over 10,000 units and is still busy building the places where people call home, where they share time with ones they love most.  Jerry LeBlanc and his team are unique from other businesses because they take ownership, are detail-oriented, and save people money.  He always follows through on what he says and sees things through to the end.
Even with his busy schedule, Mr. LeBlanc and his company has done and participated in various volunteer and charity work with Boy Scouts of America, Scout Little League, Houston Livestock Show, and donated supplies for local school playgrounds.  Out of his busy schedule, he sets aside time to relax and enjoy his hobbies and other interests in life.  He enjoys flying airplanes, riding his dirt bikes, ATV’s, riding horses and relaxing on his sailboat.  He is also a family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.  His wife always believes in him and always inspires him.  Mr. LeBlanc is a believer of setting a good example to his children.  There are still a lot of goals he would like to accomplish in life.  Mr. LeBlanc would like to see the different geographic areas of the U.S; from its historical sites to architecture to engineering.  He is most proud of his family that he does not go alone on trips without his family.  He is close to his family doing activities with kids, such as swimming.  He also helps his children become involved in charity work giving them a good example and teaching them to step up to the plate when they see that help is needed.
