Foodsmith adds its 15th Meal Plan pick up location in Santa Cruz

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Sept. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Foodsmith, the provider of healthy Weekly Meal Plans for families and working adults, has added its 15^th partner location in Santa Cruz at Cabrillo College’s Precision Wellness Center (PWC).  The PWC is home of the Santa Cruz Warriors basketball team, for whom Foodsmith is the official nutrition vendor, providing meals to players during their season and off-season training.  Foodsmith offers pre-ordered Meal Plans at their branded refrigerator inside the PWC gym.  Foodsmith and the PWC will offer nutrition and fitness membership packages as part of their partnership.

Foodsmith offers Weekly Meal Plans based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans using all organic ingredients sourced from local Santa Cruz farms.  Their plans include 2, 3 and 5 day options and offer combinations of breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Customers pre-order their individual plans through Foodsmith’s website at http://www.myfoodsmith.com then pick up their meals the next week at a Foodsmith location in Santa Cruz.

Foodsmith was founded in 2013 by local restaurateur and community activist, Chef Jamie Smith.
