Guest Speaker Eric Vail Coaches the Red Bay, Inc. Team!

OAK BROOK, Ill. - Sept. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Oakbrook, Il (Tuesday, August 26)  The Red Bay, Inc. office welcomed guest speaker Eric Vail.

Eric Vail is one of the top international speakers and sales trainers. He has worked with some of the best in the industry (Anthony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy and John Maxwell) and studied with the Harvard Negotiation Project. He is a certified practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and has trained thousands of sales teams and individuals across the nation over the past five years. He has worked professionally in sales his entire life at every level from sales person to management to owning his own company.

Eric focuses on teaching sales professionals the skill sets involved with their business rather than just supplying them with motivation. Motivation wears off. Skill sets last. You can never take the skill sets away. After working with motivational speakers for many years, Eric found that the people were enjoying the inspirational speakers but they had very little impact on the end result: sales.
