ROCKLEIGH, N.J. - Sept. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Royal Sovereign announces the launch of a brand new professional series of high performance heat assist laminators.  The RSC-6500H and RSC-5500H laminators with heat assist are engineered for the rigorous demands of the commercial print and sign market where reliability and affordability are in demand.  Featuring a 2” mounting gap and a best in class laminating speed of up to 28 feet per minute they feature ultra-high quality and superior reliability at an affordable price.

The RSC-5500H with a laminating width of 55” is perfectly matched to a 54” printer.  For shops needing to laminate larger materials, the RSC-6500H with a 65” laminating width is an ideal choice.  Both models feature a durable, sturdy frame construction requiring little assembly and minimal maintenance.

They both feature high quality silicon rollers that provide consistent even pressure for quality laminating and the new FilmSaver system automatically senses when there is no media feeding into the rollers and slows down the rollers to radically reduce film waste.

The two convenient built-in rewinders easily wind up long runs of laminated materials to help prevent kinking and other damage. Using the built-in front feeder with the rear rewinder, true automatic roll to roll capability can be achieved for fast laminating of full rolls of media.  Easy access front controls, rear remote control and foot pedal provide easy one-person hands free operation.
