Free, Business and Enterprise. All tiers have 0% transaction fee, meaning a better deal for the merchant, with higher tiers offering a higher level of support and interaction with ChainPay developers. For instance, the Business tier means customers can interact directly with ChainPay developers over the phone, instantly resolving any integration difficulties. The Enterprise tier is built bespoke per customer to enable to right level of service, we can offer dedicated account managers, developer integration services and extensive reporting capability. Partnership with a major Isle of Man financial organisation means we can settle invoices in USD, GBP and EUR. This is part of what enables ChainPay's 0% fee structure, no matter which package you are a part of. Technology at the heart ChainPay is built on top of AltXE's proprietary BlockSync platform. Our own implementation of the Bitcoin peer to peer standard. As well as connecting to thousands of Bitcoin nodes, meaning rapid knowledge of transactions and double spends, we also operate as 'full nodes', meaning we give back to the community by helping rapidly propagate transactions across the globe. Interactive Portal ChainPay merchants are given their own interactive portal to help manage their Bitcoin turnover, reporting such items as the number of transactions, analytics about how and when payments expire, conversion ratio etc. Business aspects such as withdrawals and tracking down of invoices are also provided by the portal. Customer feedback is vital in developing this portal and merchants from all pricing tiers are welcome to provide their feedback. Built for Developers AltXE recognises that a major factor in a companies adoption of technology is its ease of use and implementation. Our UX design on our payment pages has been carefully crafted, and our documentation for developers has been tweaked line by line to ensure the best explanation of each point. The ChainPay website has a section dedicated to developers so they can download the relevant plugins, code libraries or documentation relevant to them. Our Founders AltXE has been founded by James Carter and Chris Wood. James had been in the crypto space for several years, when AltXE was first conceived in April 2013. With many months of work in development ChainPay is ready to launch on the 17th Sept 2014, coinciding with the Crypto Valley Summit conference which we will be attending. James has had experience running a startup before in his electronics manufacturing company. Chris is a recent addition to the AltXE team, however is critical to the success of the business.
