2015 Honda Pilot LX The Overall Safety Rating is a composite of NHTSA ratings, all of which the Pilot excelled in: Five-Star Side Crash Test Rating Four-Star Front Crash Test Rating Four-Star Rollover Crash Test Rating The standard safety features of the 2015 Pilot include vehicle traction and stability control, six airbags, and anti-lock brakes. Together, these helped earn the NHTSA scores with the typical Honda peace of mind. Honda also makes more high-tech safety amenities available like parking sensors, and each Pilot comes with a built-in rearview camera as part of its standard features. The SUV's new standard features are about more than safety, though.
