Follow on Google News | Accounting Professor’s Paper Published in A-Ranked JournalBy: Kent State University The paper examines the impact of board diversity on firms’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance. The study found that board diversity is positively associated with CSR performance. Board diversity is associated with a greater number of areas in which CSR is strong and a fewer number of areas in which CSR is a concern. “Our study contributes to the greater understanding of the role of corporate boards in overseeing management performance,” The paper is published in the Journal of Business Ethics, an A ranked publication in the college and is ranked in the Financial Times Top 45 Journals.
