Wipe Out Kids Cancer “Run for the Children”, September 20, 2014

DALLAS - Sept. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Did you know that about 46 children a day are diagnosed with cancer?  Did you know that 1 in 330 children will develop cancer?  Did you know that cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children?  Did you know that cancer kills more children than swine flu, more children than cystic fibrosis, more children than muscular dystrophy, more children than asthma and aids - combined?  This is why we need you to WIPE OUT KIDS’ CANCER!!!

The 29^th Annual Run for the Children will be help in Addison Saturday, September 20, 2014, and Success North Dallas encourages you to be there to run, walk, support the other runners and enjoy the festivities.  The event is part of the annual Addison Oktoberfest celebration and is a family-friendly event perfect for both runners and walkers.

This annual event has grown over the years, offering 1M and 5M Fun Run / Walk.  Participants may choose from a 1-mile Fun Run or a 5K course through the Town of Addison (chronotrack certified).  Cash prizes to the top 3 overall winners and the top winner in the Masters Division – 40+.  To register for this fun event and for more information, visit: http://oktoberfest5k.com.
