Sebesta Names New Vice President – William Tippin, D. Mgt., CMC

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Sept. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- St. Paul, MN: Sebesta, Inc., which provides building engineering and construction services throughout the U.S., announces that Dr. William Tippin has joined the firm as Vice President. He will be responsible for leading public sector business development and projects. Dr. Tippin's 30+ years of experience includes delivering highly effective government and commercial infrastructure programs for major architectural/engineering firms.

"Dr. Tippin will be a key member of the market sector leader team and contribute to the strategic decision-making and business development initiatives for our government market sector," says Robert L. Costello, Sebesta President and CEO. "Dr. Tippin will be responsible for the development, management, and oversight of the government market. He will be engaged in business development, and he will support our government project delivery strategies."

He joins Sebesta after spending 15 years as a Federal practice management executive for both Jacobs and AECOM. Prior to that, Dr.  Tippin had founded an engineering management consulting firm. He also was a management consultant with KPMG, a major global accounting and management consulting firm. Dr. Tippin has experience in program management for the architecture, engineering, and construction of government and aerospace projects. He is a frequent speaker at NASA-sponsored conferences on transformation management. He has also instructed graduate students in a number of subjects, including public administration, systems management, and information management applied research for Webster University in Washington, DC.
