Jeremy Steiger represented the seller in the $1.8 Million sale of a 12,042 square foot office building located at 23600 Commerce Park Road, Beachwood, OH and represented the buyer, Northern Technologies International Corporation, in the $1.1 million sale of a 12,318 square foot flex building located at 23900 Mercantile Road, Beachwood, OH.

Jeffrey Kahn and Gerilyn Gleason of NAI Daus represented the seller in the sale of the 23900 Mercantile Road building.
