XINOE (eXperienced International Network Of  Engineers) Systems Private Limited made its presence felt at the Corporate Meet-2014 organised by Amity University's corporate resource centre. The meet was intended to bring together prominent corporates and industry guides so that it reaches out as an interactive platform for students, faculty and professionals from the industry to share their experiences and expectations. The event was well-attended with the likes of BMW, Maruti Suzuki, Microsoft, NTPC Limited and so on gracing it.

The event kick started with a round of career counselling followed by lighting of lamp and a melodious vandana. Prof.(Dr.)Ravi Prasad, Director,Amity School of Engineering and Technology, addressed the crowd, comprising mainly students and future job-seekers, and spoke at length about the opportunities that lie ahead. "Changing demographics, economic growth, increasing consumer affluence and favourable government policies are boosting electronic equipment manufacturing industry in India". Dr. Balvinder Shukla, vice-chancellor, AUUP seconded the view that India is swiftly turning into a hub for semiconductor design and the country requires tonnes of skilled embedded professionals to create all that is required - be it in networking, automotive, medicine,defence and so on. Moreover she enumerated that dearth of quality manpower in embedded sector is a reason of concern as majority of engineering colleges don't give due importance to practical implementation of the knowledge students gain during their degree courses. Things need to change for good.

The platform was then set for an invigorating and interactive discussion session between the students,faculty and industry veterans flagged off by sharing valuable experiences by the latter. Keeing up with the momentum of the event, Amity released its much anticipated "Summary of Summer Internship project book".

Dr. Ashok K Chauhan, founder and president,RBEF, said "It is here that the role of application driven companies like Xinoe is commendable". Mr. Chauhan applauded the efforts of the company in bridging the gap between formal education imparted in college and industry exposure which is directly favourable to students and young professionals.


Mr. Srinath Nudurupati, co-founder and director of INXEE Systems Private Limited and XINOE Systems Private Limited, a visionary himself, nurtures the idea of a practical oriented and industry exposed higher education set-up in India. Mr. Nudurupati also encouraged students to hone their entrepreneurship skills as he is of the view that if India has to prosper, it has to create a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship by engaging with the youth at the grassroot level. Xinoe works actively with its clients and industry experts to create a unique learning experience for students keeping in view the ulterior goal of fostering creativity and innovation.

The organisers took note of the zealous crowd and announced the "Best Summer Training Project Award Student" and "Best Summer Training Industry Guide Award". Moreover Dr. Chauhan further buoyed up the surroundings with his blessings and asked students and faculty to view the embedded and VLSI sector as a better career prospective and take up projects more seriously. Prof. P.K. Rohatgi, head of Corporate resource centre, Amity School of Engineering and Technology, wrapped up the discussion thanking all of the industry giants who spared time to attend  the event and cheering for the students and faculty who proved to be a diligent and sincere crowd. The guests were in surprise for a cultural programme was yet in store. The performers vowed the audience with their act. The event was supplemented by a well organised dinner for all. All in all ,the meet proved to be a big success with a lot to learn from.
