Women At Woodstock Retreats Answer "What's Next?"

Women At Woodstock retreats are structured to answer the question facing many boomer women: "What's Next?"  Participants can work with a  business coach to strengthen their business, or meet a writing coach who will help them write their book, or take a workshop with a public speaking coach for the training and confidence needed to handle any audience. For those beset by “stuff,” there will be a specialist who will show them how to let go of extraneous belongings and organize. A therapist will teach new and effective methods to overcome emotional blocks. A social media expert will teach social media marketing. And more… Women at Woodstock is also about having fun, forging new friendships, and discovering doors that open to a new life. In a video on the crowdfunding site, women who've been to the retreats talk about how the experience has changed their lives.

The first retreat begins October 13 in Woodstock, NY, followed by October 19 in Charleston, SC and October 26 in Palm Springs.
