SAVANNAH, Ga. - Sept. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Carolyn Guilford, Author of ‘Health is a Choice’, ‘Reverse the Curse: leaving diabetes behind’, and ‘Health Restoration 101’, will teach and inspire you to eat better, live better and to enjoy a vibrant life.

The conversations include: An Eating Plan For Long Life, Managing Chronic Disease Properly, Reducing Stress in Body and in Life, and Planning For the Future.  The first talk “Maintaining a daily lifestyle” for health and wellbeing, will outline the elements of health, so that at the end of the series you’ll have a plan for living the healthy and successful life we all desire.

This nutritionist and wellness consultant believes that health is our birthright and that because the body human is alive, ever growing – changing – and evolving, and has in its DNA the tools for survival, that we all can be healthy and can enjoy a wonderful life, even into 100 years.  Even if you are late coming to the party, that it is about the choices we make.

Carolyn, a Cancer Biology Scholar, has studied health, wellness and chronic diseases extensively, and is accomplished at facilitating the mind-shift and lifestyle-change which are the cornerstone of health success. She believes that education is key and that once we understand how the body works, we can envision our own beautiful future.
