RALEIGH, N.C. - Sept. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC: Brad Hancock, MPT, of Activcare Physical Therapy, announced the opening of a new Activcare Physical Therapy clinic located at 5838 Six Forks Road, Suite 300 in Raleigh, NC. The clinic, which opened on September 2nd, is Activcare’s tenth location in North Carolina and will be serving patients from 7am through 7pm Monday - Friday. Conveniently located near North Hills, Activcare’s new state of the art 2,700 square feet clinic is in the Raleigh Neurosurgery Clinic medical office building.
