Hardy Smith to Address Estate Planning Council of the Fun Coast September 22nd

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Sept. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- The Estate Planning Council of the Fun Coast is pleased to announce that Hardy Smith, of Hardy Smith Non-Profit Consulting, is scheduled to speak at their September 22^nd social and networking event at the LPGA Holiday Inn.

Co-Sponsored by the Community Foundation of Volusia & Flagler, the event is open to the public and members and guests and encouraged to attend. The topic will be ‘Earning Client and Donor Confidence’ and it’s designed to benefit leaders and board members of local charitable 501(c)(3) organizations.

“I always look forward to educating non-profits about how to communicate more efficiently with their clients and donors,” said Smith. “There are so many aspects that go into reaching fundraising goals, keeping volunteer board positions filled, and staying on track to keep an organization gaining forward momentum,” he added.

“The Estate Planning Council asks members to encourage clients to consider gifts and bequests to their favorite charities when planning their estates. Many Council members serve as leaders on charitable boards. Hardy Smith’s message is equally important to members as it is to the public,” said Bruce Van Deusen, CLU.

The event will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the LPGA Holiday Inn located on LPGA Blvd at the LPGA exit of I-95 in Daytona Beach. The cost is $20.00 at the door and includes generous Hors D'ouevres as well as beer and wine. A cash bar will be available.
