Why A World of Inclusion is Needed? “It is all I numbers” According to the World Health Organization over 46 millions Americans have some form of special needs of physical disability. Dergar, Founder and president and CEO of the Academy of Special, has been working in collaboration with Artists with disabilities to make this publication’ For five years while working his full time in the Special Education field the author met with several families and artists with disabilities providing an opportunity to showcase their artitistic expression to the world by featuring their work on The Academy of Special Dreams Foundation website: www.specialacademy.org. In addition, His efforts to work with the special needs community are unstoppable collaborating with many organization in America, Europe and Asia helping community leaders to help to educate our new generations about a World of inclusion in our society. Set in real life stories A World of Inclusion is a collection of simple stories just to mention a few : “Walk with Me” While many of us don't think twice about going for a walk, for Miguel walking is slow and difficult yet he still can go everywhere! “Sports and Arts” Or Tom that uses the front wheels of his wheelchair to produce dozens of pieces of art. He also believes that sports are a great addition to his art. Or “My Quincenera” Despite being born with severe physical impairments requiring her to use a wheelchair, nothing will stop Alejandra from fulfilling her dream of dancing with her family to celebrate this special occasion - her 15th birthday. A World of Inclusion will support to educate our new generation from elementary school levels about a better world of inclusion for our community with disabilities.
