PRLog -- African Women Leadership Organization Conference, Harnessing Our Strenegths Growing in all Spheres took place for the first time in the US. The Conference is usually held in Africa in Nigeria, Ghana and other West African countries. The event took place August 20-23 2014 in Atlanta, Georgia. There were 200 guest in attendance and many head of states. Her excellency Dr. Maria Daluz Dai Guebza of Mozambique, First Lady of the Rebulic of Mozambique, Deputy Governor of Nigeria Akwa Ibom, Chief Opral Mason Benson of Nigeria, State Senator of Atlanta Donzella James, State Rep. Dee Dawkins, Almas Jiwani President of United Nations Development Fund Canada, and Eveline Pierre Campaigner of Empowerment, Women's Tech Alliance and Haitian Heritage Museum. There were several panels and speaking topics such as mentorships, marketing, leadership, politics, and education for the girl child. There was also live performances by Nigerian actress and singer Jennifer Eliogu, Nigertian Artist Jemire and singer Belinda Brandy of Jamaica.
