WRC Becomes an Affiliate of the Independent Book Publishing Association WRC became an affiliate of the Independent Book Publishing Association (IBPA) recently. IBPA is a national organization based in California. It provides dozens of services to those who self publish or run an independent publishing house, including free consultation; Bess Joins Library Foundation’s “BookFest Solano” Committee Bess is a new member of the Solano County Library Foundation’s “BookFest Solano” celebration coming up next April. She will help plan marketing and publicity for the event.
