Ted Todd Insurance Agency welcomes Michelle Kiser to its customer service team in Bonita Springs

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Sept. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Michelle Kiser has joined the Ted Todd Insurance Agency as a customer service representative in the Bonita Springs corporate headquarters office. She has a Florida 4-40 customer representative license in property and casualty insurance to assist customers in the placement of home, auto, umbrella, and recreational vehicle insurance.

Ms. Kiser came to Southwest Florida in 2007 from Ohio where she had studied hospitality management at Columbus State for about a year and worked for hotels and as a flight attendant for a couple of small airlines serving Columbus. Following her move, Ms. Kiser has been working in sales and customer service positions for the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Hotel and an apartment complex. She had most recently managed the Beachworks retail store on Marco Island for nearly two years, handling all aspects of personnel, operations management and sales.
