New Home Marketing Services releases Kaleidoscope v2.5

 
HEBRON, Ky. - Sept. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- (Hebron, KY)  New Home Marketing Services is proud to announce the release of Kaleidoscope v2.5, introducing a number of new features that increase its capabilities and improve operational efficiencies for our partner brokers and the builders they work with.  Key features of this release include:

1.   New Functionality

Kaleidoscope 3D introduces reports that focus on the “what if” of new construction – Kaleidoscope 3D makes it possible for builders 1) to evaluate comparable geographies against one another and 2) to see how very specific product types or price points are performing in a specific location.  Drive better start decisions by evaluating how likely a particular home or price point will sell before starting your next spec home.

Kaleidoscope Custom Builder Report program – Kaleidoscope is a powerful, yet simple to use data analytics engine that processes resale data.  In conjunction with partner brokers and their builder clients, NHMS has used the Kaleidoscope customizer utility to deliver builder specific reports that generate output in significantly less time and involve fewer steps.

2.   Improved usability

Listing details now include Days on Market (DOM) – Builders typically look at a variety of quantitative indicators to understand how the resale market is performing.  In addition to months of supply and price per square foot, builders use DOM as a way of referencing which types of products and in which price range are moving or sitting.  All Kaleidoscope reports now include total DOM from time of listing to closing.

Square feet now available in the Cincinnati market Now Cincinnati builders have another standard to quickly evaluate how their existing or proposed inventory home stacks up against the resale market.

New data and search function available in the Tampa and Orlando markets – To help users better understand the competitive similarities of resale versus new construction, Kaleidoscope now captures information about pools (none, community, private), pool details, and special sale provisions.  Users in these markets can now search on townhouses as a separate category from standard, traditional single family product, enabling them to focus on a specific submarket.
