One-day blogger conference and event set to take place in Swansea this October

Sept. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- BlogConf is the first blogging conference to be held in Swansea and will take place on Saturday 4^th October 2014 in TechHub Swansea.

The event is for bloggers of all genres and experience levels and the aim of the day is to provide inspiration to attendees about how to take their blog to the next level as well as providing a networking opportunity for likeminded bloggers to meet and share their knowledge.

BlogConf's lineup of speakers and workshops includes talks from full time bloggers and local journalists and workshops include photography, web design, SEO and marketing, blog monetisation and PR and working with brands.

Event host Emma Coles explains 'There is a growing interest in blogging, from people writing as a hobby to seeing it as a route into journalism, publishing and beyond.

The majority of events such as this are held in London and we are excited to be able to offer the blogging community in South Wales and beyond an opportunity to learn how to grow their blog and what options are available if they wish to take it further. We have teamed up with some fantastic speakers and workshop hosts to ensure an event that will inspire the bloggers attending.'

BlogConf will take place at TechHub Swansea, Wind Street, Swansea on Saturday 4^th October. Tickets are available via the website and sponsorship opportunities are open to businesses both locally and further afield who would like to get their brand in front of a host of influential bloggers.
