MESA, Ariz. - Sept. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- MESA (AZ)—Brighton Publishing LLC is pleased to announce the eBook release of Backing Away Forward by author Diane Paley. It is now available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other leading eBook retailers nationwide. The print version is slated for release in early 2015 and will be available through Ingram, the world’s largest book distributor, and worldwide via the Espresso Book Machine.

Backing Away Forward is Sara’s story of how she learned about love and hate, and her struggle to withstand parental abuse as a child and, eventually, to forgive the unforgivable as an adult. Sara’s early life was one of abject poverty, surviving her mother’s physical and verbal abuse, her father’s indifference toward her, loneliness, and feeling unloved. When Sara reached legal age and could move out into a world that held so much promise for her, she worked toward backing away from all the negative past and moving forward toward a promising and fulfilling future. Her whirlwind adult life began in college and moved on to include one failed marriage, a love relationship that ended sadly, a career in finance that catapulted her to becoming a highly paid executive, and having two best friends who would share her life throughout the years. But, her search for a man to love and to be loved by him in return was still chapters away.

“Author Diane Paley delivers a heart-provoking story, in an exceptional work of triumph in rebuilding a damaged life against insurmountable odds,” said Kathie McGuire, director of Brighton Publishing LLC. “Backing Away Forward reveals page-after-page of life’s critical truths about love, hate, and the power to forgive the unforgivable.”

Diane Paley was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She spent four years in Hawaii attending school before moving to Hollywood, California to start her career in finance.
