BLACK LABEL FILMWORKS STRICKES AGAIN ACQUIRING A BEST SELLING AUTHORS NOVEL FOR ITS TV SLATE: “WILD WEST WIND” BY LAURAINE SNELLING www.BlackLabelFilmworks.com

Hollywood, CA.-September 5, 2014- Black Label Filmworks adds best-selling author Lauraine Snelling’s “Wild West Wind” novel series to its slate of inspiring TV entertainment projects.

“Snelling’s books are well read and beloved by an ever growing audience,” said Black Label Filmworks Founder and Producer, Charin R Barone. “She’s sold more than 2 million copies to date and there is a built in audience that wants to see this inspiring wild west gun slinging women’s story.” “This story relates to a modern day audience men and women globally.” Said Leslie LaPage, Producer.

Addy Lockwood lost her mother as a child and grew up in her father’s Wild West show. She develops into a skillful trick rider like Annie Oakley. When her father dies, she inherits the show only to discover the show was deep in debt and the manager stole what little money that was left.

“This is a story of grit and determination,” Barone comments. “Addy follows a mystery to find the land her father dreamed of with the help of good friends—an Indian who watched her grow up and the head wrangler.”  This female driven epic Wild West adventure puts the more recent “Hatfield’s and McCoy’s” and “Deadwood” in the side lines as a pivotal powerful story of lust, guns, adventure and determination.
