"In order to succeed, we had to get over multiple barriers, some of which were set intentionally by the current ecosystem players," said Mr. Erdogan. Inspired by how Tesla forced automobile manufacturers' hands into making more electric cars, NEBI.MOBI team came up with an action plan to revolutionize the entire wireless service industry. Mr. Erdogan's, wife, Eve Erdogan, an attorney, summarizes their motives saying, "We are an active startup, motivated to put an end to the greedy profits of a handful elite companies."

For those cautious about changing service to the Wi-Fi, VOIP based network, the $149.00 EVE 008 smartphone is equipped to work on all GSM based networks as well including T-Mobile, AT&T, Metro PCS and others.
