Creative Works Refreshes and Re-Themes Laser Tag
Sept. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Royal Pin's Expo Bowling Center in Indianapolis, Indiana brought in Creative Works (http://www.theWOWeffect.com) to refresh and refurbish its 20 year old laser tag arena, Laser Storm.  One of the first arenas designed by Jeff Schilling, President of Creative Works, Laser Storm has been a successful staple attraction for Expo Bowling Center.  A testament to the arena's quality, it only received light renovations until this year.  "It has been a privilege to watch Laser Storm's success over the years.  We were excited to rejuvenate their facility with an even greater WOW effect," commented Schilling.

Professional Creative Works artists re-themed the arena to immerse players in the cosmos of outer space.  Huge black light murals give players the impression that they are on the surface of the moon, surrounded by asteroids and stars.  The Creative Works team included additional paint work throughout the lobby and party rooms to bring the theme to life outside the arena.  "The remodel looks GREAT.  Everyone from Creative Works was easy to work with," commented Jim Doty of Royal Pin.

Many times Family Entertainment Centers choose to renovate their main attractions to refresh their "WOW Effect," draw in new guests, and build excitement with loyal customers.  In his April 2014 Playmeter magazine article, Retooling, Revitalizing and Renovating Your Business, President of Creative Works, Jeff Schilling, encourages reinvestment for family entertainment operators.  "Renovation translates into statements like – you’re here to stay; you’re a player in the market; you are raising the stakes; you want business; you believe in your product/service; and you are poised for growth."

Facilities with high traffic attractions should renovate every three to five years to maintain a quality experience for their customers.  "Because of the heavy-duty equipment and the way kids can play rough, the laser tag walls and props can take a beating after an extended period of time," commented Roxanna Gressel, Director of Project Management.  "Renovation is crucial for bringing in customers for repeat play and gaining positive word-of-mouth referrals.  We have enjoyed working with clients such as Royal Pin, who see the value in building up their main attractions."

Along with laser tag, Expo Bowling Center features 80 lanes of bowling, miniature golf, and a full service restaurant.  Learn more about Royal Pin's Expo Bowling Center at http://www.royalpin.com.
