Linkedto Partners or it's affiliates hold 89305 shares of Delcath System's Common Stock.

Activist Oriented Firm Linkedto Partners Believes Best Way for Full Value Achieved Long Term for Delcath System Shareholders Sale Company for Premium and is in discussion with Delcath Investors and Private Equity Investors on various options and strategies.

We would like to remind investors that our firm owns more shares than most of the individuals listed as company management owns in shares of the company. Delcath Systems we believe is more valuable than the sum of it's parts due to its patents, orphan drug, systems, future sales, and cash on hand.  We believe the status quo can not stand and the old ways can not continue

We believe the best course of action for this company is a private equity type of going private transaction to save the company while it still is flush with cash and maximize value for all shareholders.

To further this, we are in talks with Delcath investors to start the process to call a special meeting of shareholders to call for a sale, cut spending further vastly to save cash (the cash in the company is still vastly above the current share price), and pay a special dividend before any sale.

We welcome input from all investors, management and members of the board to make the process as smooth and as beneficial to all shareholders and in maximizing the company value for everybody involved.  We believe change is possible and can be done in a positive manner.
