To bridge this gap, KBAT seeks to value-add its training offering by partnering with Helix Media to leverage on their expertise in public and media affairs and develop a training programme that aims to enhance the personnel’s communication skills as well as the overall organisation’ The training is a professional development one-day course designed for executives from onshore/offshore management, ship owners, diving company management personnel, operators, managers or communication personnel who may be called upon to deliver key messages to the public.
