Pink Panther buses shall have Live LED Video-TV Advertising Display Boards mounted on either side of the LifeXtenD FreeCityShuttle, thus generating revenue on 43,200 seconds of Advertising opportunity, as ten (10) second/advertising clips per day. The revenue shall be used to expand the services on a National Scale.

Whilst offering Free transport mobility to Handicap-Veterans-Elderly who do not have own transport or unable to use a vehicle, the operational costs shall be recovered by a GSM-GPRS-GPS Remote controlled Live Content Monitoring programme.  The advertising content is managed by a central control or by the advertising client independently, with a possibility to change LED Video advertising clips to suit the location. The Location Based control shall benefit retailers to change the clips freely and frequently.

Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Banks, Insurance, Fashion, Service industries who wish to have flexibility of TV Video display approaching potential target markets, are prime customers.

LifeXtenD™ FreeCityShuttle offers two major commercial benefits to retailers.

1: Allows the customers to purchase larger volumes, since the Handicap-Veternans- Elderly customers have free door-to-door transport.


2: The Live LED Video advertising allows the retailers to make snap Special Offers, on-the-fly. Flexibility towards target locations.

In the USA and in some European countries, Mobile Video advertising has been used for over ten (10) years. In the UK, such facilities are even used by the Police to announce regional crime activity, and apprehend perpetrators successfully.

The two second-hand Ford E450 Handicap buses for upto fourteen passengers each and  with wheelchair lifts, imported from USA, reconditioned, shall cost approximately US$ 100,000-; plus, to include freight & taxes.

Mounting of LED Video display boards with a software package costs are under discussion.
