About Youth to the Core
Youth to the Core is a San Diego based nonprofit organization that brings physical education and exercise science programs into schools that aren’t currently meeting the state mandated standards of 200 minutes of physical education curriculum for every 10 days of instruction. With schools throughout the state of California, including four in San Diego County, being called into question on whether they meet these standards, Youth to the Core is in a unique position to serve schools with a variety of funded and fee-for-service physical education programs that comply with state guidelines.
