His blog A Thought For Food, a popular showcase of recipes and personal anecdotes, along with his twitter account, have gained a fair share of followers over the year. Budding photographers are offered the opportunity to work with Samuels first-hand in an exclusive “Farmers Market Photography” Chef Michael Scelfo from Alden & Harlow in Harvard Square will also bring his passion for photography to the BCAE this fall. On Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 from 6:00PM-9:00PM, Scelfo will host the “Edible Exposure: Food and Photography” In addition, on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014 from 6:30PM-8:00PM a talented panel of bloggers will host the class and discussion “Food Blogging: Basics and Beyond.” This session will cover the basics of blogging and explore all of the essential tips and tricks to creating a successful blog, followed by a Q&A Sections.
