The Book Depot Partnership boost revenue and advances email strategy with bubblebox:media

VANCOUVER, Canada – September 2nd, 2014 – bubblebox:media, a specialist in enabling Intelligent permission-based Email Marketing has successfully migrated The Book Outlet onto the Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud. The Book Outlet has also chosen to utilize the advanced Cart & Browse Abandonment and Web Personalisation software offered by bubblebox:media in the form of Triggered Messaging.

Triggered Messaging uses the latest database architecture, processing web behaviour and eCommerce data in real-time to drive client conversions. Using highly targeted real-time content the software enables retailers to contact customers with minimal delay (or in real-time) after an online visit. Triggered Messaging works by implementing script to each page of the retailers’ website. The captured information is updated and pulled in real-time to an abandoned cart/browse email template or web product feed.

In the last 3 months The Book Outlet have experience monthly sales uplift rates on average of 20%.

The Book Outlet has also taken advantage of the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) offered by the bubblebox:media team. The service offers email marketing guidance, support and account management through monthly hours of dedicated consultancy. CIP is designed with the client in mind and enables the bubblebox:media team to tailor their advice and guidance to the eCommerce retailer.
