Audition Announcement for professional-level Arizona Pro Arte Ensemble

PHOENIX - Sept. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Arizona Pro Arte Ensemble announces auditions on September 17, 2014 for its collaborative, creative, flexible ensemble.

About Arizona Pro Arte Ensemble:

Arizona Pro Arte Ensemble offers audiences an opportunity to explore music through an unusual mix of the arts. By creating collaborations between performing arts and visual arts, Arizona Pro Arte Ensemble shatters common expectations. It leads audiences through explorations of synergies between music, dance, theater, film and visual arts that will kindle the kind of meaningful experiences that only the arts can inspire.
Timothy Verville, Artistic Director and Conductor, is also Associate Conductor of the Boston Chamber Orchestra, and Orchestra Director at Idyllwild Arts. He made his Japanese debut at the Kyushu International Festival in January 2014. This season, he will guest conduct Tulsa’s Signature Symphony and the Tucson Symphony.
Musicians are paid $15/service. In addition, each musician will be provided one comp ticket per concert.
There are three rehearsals and a dress rehearsal prior to each concert. Rehearsals are held at Scottsdale Neighborhood Arts Place (SNAP) generally Monday and Wednesday evenings prior to concerts with dress rehearsals the morning of the concerts (Saturday or Sunday Mornings) at the concert venue.
Concerts are performed at the Tempe Center for the Arts in addition to possible other run-out concerts in the area. The season includes the following dates:
