2 sets Vertical Dryer ready for delivery

Aug. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- GN Solids Control Vertical Dryer is tested to be able to meet the requirement from customers who focus on drilling waste management projects. After 2 years hard work, GN Solids Control upgrade the vertical dryer from 1st generation dryer to 2nd generation dryer. The working performance is much stable now.

Recently, GN Solids Control have 2 sets of Vertical Dryer ready for delivery. One customer is from Western Africa, who have below main works:

1- Analyzation of the type and removal from vessel into tanks of OBM, WBM, Drill Cuttings.

2- Storage and transportation of OBM, WBM, Drill Cuttings.

3- Processing by treating OBM, WBM, Drill Cuttings to the point of Stabilization and recycling them into other products like concrete blocks for industrial work.

Another customer is from domestic market, a China contractor, who have below main works:

1- Oil and gas pollution treatment, the feasibility of research and engineering design

2- Drilling completion waste water, solid waste treatment project construction

3- CNPC, EOG supercharger and the diesel engine noise reduction engineering contracting company

4- Real time drilling waste treatment engineering

2 sets of Vertical dryer is ready for delivery. The Vertical dryer with below technical specs:

1)  Model: GNCD930 fixed speed vertical dryer and GNCD930C-VFD variable speed vertical dryer

2) Treating capacity: 30-50tons/hour

3) Speed: 900rpm or 0-900rpm

4) Main motor power: 55kw=75hp

Remarks

Air line is equipped on the dryer to clean the basket screen in real time. The air compressor should provide stable and durable air source to give better performance.

GN Solids Control is the first China manufacturer who produce the vertical dryer. We learn from CSI/MI-Swaco Dryer, cooperated with one Vertical dryer engineer from Canada and add GN optimization design.   Now, the 2nd generation GN vertical dryer is working for many big customers.  Some customer issue repeated orders after they use the first set.
