Gazego’s Gives Brides Venue Options at Expo

ZEELAND, Mich. - Aug. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Fennville, MI—Gazego’s, a Gazebo delivery service, allows brides planning a wedding in West Michigan to make almost any outdoor area into a venue and is one of more than 30 vendors to appear at the 2014 Garden Party Bridal Show in Fennville, MI.

Dawn Schutte, who co-owns Gazego’s with her husband, Jim, says, “Many families have a memorable location where they would love to have a wedding, but they don’t know how to make it look special. That’s why we’re participating in the Garden Show. It’s all about turning any outdoor space into something extraordinary.”

The 2014 Garden Party Bridal Show, now in its second year, is hosted by Apple Blossom Chapel & Gardens. Co-owner Kathy Doornbos says she wanted to give couples looking for outdoor wedding ideas a chance to meet vendors specializing in outdoor events. Kathy says, “We look for vendors who can transform even Mom and Dad’s backyard into a beautiful wedding site.”

That’s exactly what Jim and Dawn set out to do in 2007 when they founded Gazego’s (http://www.gazegos.com/). The couple was selling Amish-built sheds and gazebos in West Michigan when customers who were also planning a wedding began coming to them with a special request. “They wanted to rent our gazebos for events, but it just wasn’t practical with the Amish-built ones,” Jim says.

An experienced machinist with his own shop, Jim began design plans. The resulting design features a gazebo mounted on a trailer that looks permanent after set-up. As the nation’s only event and wedding rental business specializing in gazebos, Gazego’s offers West Michigan couples a unique alternative to the traditional arch.

The Garden Party Bridal Show is the only expo in West Michigan dedicated to outdoor weddings. Participants can enter for a chance to win a $75 Visa gift card from Gazego’s. Additionally, brides attending the event will have a chance to win a wedding package. Also scheduled are a white dove release, a butterfly release and wine tasting. The show takes place on Sunday, September 7, 2014 from noon until 4:00. Cost is $5 per car.
